clean room main attractions
My room was very clean. Staff was helpful as they allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I appreciated the quietness of my room. It was easy to walk to main attractions like the British Museum.
The stairs were badly lit. I also noticed that there weren't any bannisters.

I really like the location! It's near shops and restaurants. Oxford Station is only a short walk. Reception was warm and friendly, it. The decor is nice and it even has robes and slippers!
My room was to small. I was expecting more for what I payed. The chairs and room was not so clean. It did not feel like a suite, it very sad!
